Delivery and Warranty
We know, it is very important to receive orders when you expect them, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion or by date. We have contracts with several courier delivery partners to deliver OWNLOOKS manufactory products to any country in the world.
Please note that the shipping cost depends on the size of the order and the country of destination.
1. We provide delivery to any country in the world.
!IMPORTANT! For some types of goods, such as smartphones, in some countries, a customs tax will be applied on receipt. You can clarify the amount of tax at your customs authority.
2. When ordering custom smartphones, a completely free express delivery is delivered by the first class to the client's door anywhere in the world.
Delivery is free when ordering accessories and other goods from 500 €.
Shipping cost may vary depending on destination, weight and order size when ordering accessories and other goods worth less than 500 €.
Based on these parameters, the shipping cost will be calculated individually and included in the final check list.
3. After sending the order, you will recieve a track number and a link to track the movement of your order.
4. Delivery of custom smartphones in Russia is from 2 to 7 days, accessories from 2 to 15 days.
Delivery of custom smartphones within the EAEU CU is from 2 to 10 days, accessories from 5 to 15 days.
Delivery of custom smartphones within EC is from 5 to 15 days, accessories from 5 to 20 days.
Delivery of custom smartphones to other countries is from 5 to 15 days, accessories from 5 to 30 days.
!IMPORTANT! Take care of the purchase in advance if you plan to make a gift for the New Year or Christmas, as this is the peak season of the courier service and customs.
!IMPORTANT! Orders placed during the holiday and peak seasons may take extra time. There may also be delays in customs clearance in some countries.
!IMPORTANT! The product is not refundable if it is made individually, only for you (there is a gift or other inscriptions, a special color is made, additional details are installed, etc.)

1. The warranty for all devices is valid for twelve (12) months, for covers for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
2. Each product and device has a certificate of authenticity with a personal signature of the master.
3. In case of damage or deterioration of OWNLOOKS manufactory devices that are not related to the warranty, OWNLOOKS manufactory will perform any restoration work. All costs associated with restoration work are borne by the Client. Any model, any collection, any year of manufacture, purchased at any authorized point of sale of OWNLOOKS manufactory, is subject to restoration.
4. Any mechanical damage, scratches and chips, as well as damage caused by temperature or other effects on the product are not recognized as warranty.
5. The warranty is provided if there is a document confirming the purchase.
